I stacked lots of foam into the bow and underneath the lazarettes, before closing both of these areas for good. For the forward deck I used a thicker no-drip epoxy mix for the joints that cover the storage area. This worked really well – there was obviously a bit of squeeze-out to collect, but no runs or drips. The forward deck is held in position with some 20 temporary screws until the expoxy cures.
The starboard lazarette floor is glued down, and the cut-outs for the lazarette hatches are done.
