The blocks for the center-board case are in place. The verticals are laminated Tassie Oak and the ‘dog leg’ is made from laminated Wattle. I have also shaped the nose block, but the pointy peak in the front may be a bit too high. This will be fixed when dry fitting the keelson. Next to the nose is the finished block for the keel. The two bits of 3/4″ Wattle glued together will be strong and will hold their shape. Lastly, the center-board halves are joined and ready for some lead (no picture).
